Why I Created Soulberg Estates

I am Ieva Berga, founder of Soulberg Estates and an independent property buyer advisor. I have personally lived in four of the five markets I advise on and built vetted ground partnerships in the fifth. Not visited. Lived. Paid rent, navigated local systems, built relationships on the ground, and learned what a place actually feels like once the holiday version wears off.

In every market I have been in, I watched the same thing happen. Buyers would arrive informed, excited, and ready and walk straight into the hands of agents who were skilled at selling a dream. Nobody was asking the harder questions. Which ownership structure actually protects you here. Whether the agent across the table would tell you to walk away from a bad deal. I work with a small number of buyers at a time, personally. I vet every partner before I introduce anyone.
