We are not tied to a fixed inventory, which allows our guidance to stay focused on your interests. We curate introductions and guide buyers toward the right local expertise, so decisions are made with clarity and discretion.

Why I Created Soulberg Estates

I am Ieva Berga, founder of Soulberg Estates. I have lived across 7 countries over the past 10 years. Not visited. Lived. Paid rent, navigated local systems, built relationships on the ground, and learned what a place actually feels like once the holiday version wears off.

In every market I have been in, I watched the same thing happen. Buyers would arrive informed, excited, and ready and walk straight into the hands of agents who were skilled at selling a dream. Nobody was asking the harder questions. Which ownership structure actually protects you here. Whether the agent across the table would tell you to walk away from a bad deal. Whether this destination fits your actual life – not just the version of it you imagined. That gap is why Soulberg Estates exists.

I work with a small number of buyers at a time, personally. I vet every partner before I introduce anyone. And I am one of the very few people in this space who can look at six markets without a financial reason to prefer one over another – which means when I tell you a market is right for you, or wrong for you, you can trust that it is the truth.
